3. The content and purity of raw materials, taking high alumina bricks as an example, the higher the alumina content, the higher the service temperature and compressive strength. Of course, the price of refractory bricks will be more expensive, and the alumina content is 48-82%. High alumina bricks, more than 90% are corundum bricks, and the price is higher;

4. Material problem, due to the different environment of high temperature equipment, it is necessary to choose refractory bricks of different properties, neutral choose high alumina, rigid pressure; alkaline choose magnesia; acid choose siliceous;

5. The product does not meet the requirements of use. Due to the different production processes of refractory brick products, it can meet different high-temperature equipment and parts, such as sintered corundum bricks and fused corundum bricks.
