1.High temperature stability
High refractoriness: Fused cast AZS sidewall blocks need to withstand high temperature environments of up to 1500 ℃ or more, so their refractoriness is extremely high to ensure that they do not melt or deform at high temperatures over a long period of time.
Thermal shock stability: In the alternating action of high temperature and rapid cooling, the fused cast AZS sidewall block needs to maintain the stability of the structure, not easy to crack or spalling due to thermal stress.
2.Anti-erosion
Resistant to glass liquid erosion: Fused cast AZS sidewall block part of the direct contact with the glass liquid, need to have good anti-glass liquid erosion performance, in order to prevent the glass liquid infiltration and erosion of the brick body, affecting the service life of the furnace and the quality of glass products.
Resistance to chemical erosion: Inside the furnace, the sidewall blocks will also be subject to chemical erosion of other substances, so its material needs to have good chemical stability to resist the destruction of these erosive substances.
3.Mechanical properties
High strength: Sidewall blocks need to withstand from the flow of glass liquid, bubbles rise and other mechanical forces, so its material needs to have high strength to ensure the stability and safety of the furnace structure.
Abrasion resistance: Due to the glass liquid in the flow process will have a scouring effect on the sidewall blocks, so they need to have good abrasion resistance, in order to reduce wear and prolong the service life.
