Insulation bricks:
Insulation refractory bricks refer to refractory materials with high porosity, low bulk density and low thermal conductivity. Thermal Insulation refractory material is also called light refractory material. It includes the following categories.
(1) High-alumina heat-insulating light-weight refractory brick. It is bauxite as the main insulating light-weight refractory brick with AL2O3 content not less than 48%. The production process adopts the foam method or the burn-in addition method. The high-alumina heat-insulating light-weight refractory bricks can be used to build heat insulation layers and areas where there is no strong high-temperature molten material erosion and erosion. When directly in contact with the flame, the surface contact temperature of general high-alumina heat-resistant refractory bricks shall not exceed 1350 ℃. Mullite heat-resistant refractory bricks can directly contact the flame, and have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high strength, and significant energy saving effect. Suitable for lining of pyrolysis furnace, hot air furnace, ceramic roller kiln, electric porcelain drawer kiln and various resistance furnaces.
(2) Clay heat-insulating light-weight refractory bricks, which are made of refractory clay as the main raw material and have an AL2O3 content of 30% to 48%. The production process adopts burn-out additive method and foam method. With refractory clay, floating beads, refractory clay clinker as raw materials, combined with binder and sawdust, after batching, mixing, molding, drying, firing, the product has a bulk density of 0.3 to 1.5 g / cm3 . The output of clay insulating bricks accounts for more than half of the total output of insulating refractory bricks.
(3) Diatomite heat-insulating light-weight refractory bricks are heat-resistant refractory products made of diatomite as the main raw material. It is mainly used in thermal insulation layer below 900 ℃.
(4) Mullite Insualtion Bricks are mainly used in glass industry
(5) Alumina Bubble Bricks are mainly used in mostly used as insulating brick for insulation layer of furnace and kiln, and also can be used for service linings in manufacturing high-purity quartz
As a professinal thermal insulation refractory bricks manufacturer, we have exported different insulation bricks to more than 35 countries. Please kindly read the following more information and make Inquiry.
l Insulation bricks are used to build the inner lining and insulation layer of glass furnaces, as well as parts without strong high temperature molten materials erosion
Characteristic:
l Low compressive strength
l Poor slag resistance
l Poor thermal shock resistance
l No direct contact with glass liquid or flame
l Light weight, there are pores inside the brick
