Low Porosity Fireclay Brick:
Low-porosity clay bricks are typical clay refractory products. Low-porosity clay bricks have better high-temperature volume stability, lower creep rate and better wear resistance. The raw materials of low-porosity clay bricks include sapphire aggregate, light and soft clay binder, and auxiliary materials (kyanite , Sillimanite, andalusite) and additives, etc., after reasonable classification, the raw materials are fully mixed, then formed under high pressure, and sintered at 1400 ℃ high temperature conditions. The raw materials for the production of low-porosity clay bricks should require a compact structure, high purity, and few impurities.
Scope of application:
l Low-porosity clay bricks are widely used in large-scale blast furnace supporting hot blast stoves
l Mainly used in the middle and lower lattices and support arches of the regenerators of hot blast stoves.
l In addition, various high-temperature industrial kilns such as lime kiln high-temperature zone firing zone
l Glass kiln regenerator, etc.
Advantage:
l High load softening temperature
l Excellent thermal shock resistance
l Good volume stability
l Low porosity
l Good mechanical strength
l Good wear resistance
l Resistance to penetration
l Acid resistance and slag corrosion resistance.
