② The packaging of refractory materials for glass kilns should be in accordance with the contract requirements and implement relevant standards. There should be protective measures for vulnerable parts such as edges and corners. There should be shock isolation material between the two bricks in the same box, and the outer surface of the box should be sprayed or written with the name, model, quantity, supplier, user name, rainproof, fragile, transportation, stacking and other marks of the bricks. The packaging of export products must comply with the regulations of the State Commodity Inspection Bureau on export packaging.

③ For train transportation, caravans or wagons with rain-tight and snow-tight tarpaulins should be used, and the bottom of the car should be padded with moisture-proof materials. Car transport must be covered with rain and snow tarpaulins. Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent damage.
④ The company of refractory materials for glass kiln must promptly notify the user of the departure date, vehicle number, delivery type and quantity, and contract number when shipping, and submit the product qualification certificate and test report at the same time. When the unshaped refractory material leaves the factory, a construction manual must be attached to indicate the construction related matters. After the glass enterprise is added to the delivery notice of the refractory material enterprise, it should promptly forward it to the full-time management department to properly pick up the vehicle and store it in the warehouse.

⑤ Glass enterprises should set up special storage warehouses for refractory materials. The warehouse should meet the storage of refractory materials during the construction and cold repair of the furnace (including the tin bath). The warehouse floor should be made of concrete to ensure no water seepage, no leakage of rain and snow, good ventilation, and avoid high temperature and humidity. Refractory enterprises should also set up special warehouses, and it is strictly forbidden to store refractory materials in the open air before leaving the factory.
⑥ The refractory materials for glass kiln should be stored in the warehouse immediately after they arrive at the glass enterprise, and it is strictly forbidden to store them in the open air. Refractory materials of different varieties and specifications (including unshaped refractory materials) must be stacked separately according to the corresponding requirements, and should be clearly marked to indicate the variety, specification, quantity and storage date of the material. Generally, the principle of first in first out should be followed. The warehouse should be kept by a special person, and there should be detailed records of in and out of the warehouse.

⑦ For time-sensitive refractories (such as alkaline materials and castables, etc.), the storage time should not be too long, and the specific time should be implemented according to the corresponding product standards. If it has been damp during storage, take measures to remove moisture in time, and take samples to check the actual quality, and then decide whether to use it or not. If it can still be used, the low-temperature baking time must be appropriately extended during use. Do not use on materials that have been damaged by moisture.
