Rotary kilns are widely used in cement kilns and lime kilns. The inner lining of the rotary kiln is made of refractory bricks. It is basically laid as a whole during production. If a refractory brick is damaged during use, it will affect the use of the entire rotary kiln. At the same time, maintenance is troublesome. It is necessary to knock off all the refractory bricks on the same layer as the damaged refractory bricks and re-lay them. After laying, the cement can not be used until the cement has solidified. The maintenance period is long and inconvenient.
In order to solve the above problems, this article provides a long-life, easy-to-maintain sillimanite brick production technology for rotary kilns. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the new sillimanite brick.
Figure 1
Sillimanite bricks for rotary kilns include fixed thermal insulation bricks, sillimanite bricks, cylindrical sealing plates and high temperature resistant screws; the fixed thermal insulation brick has a fixing buckle on the top, an internal thread of the thermal insulation brick in the center of the bottom, and two sides of the internal thread of the thermal insulation brick There is a groove; the sillimanite brick has a through hole in the center, a stepped hole at the bottom of the through hole, and the hole at the bottom of the stepped hole has an internal thread of the sealing plate. The grooves are matched; the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical sealing plate has an external thread of the sealing plate, and the cylindrical sealing plate is screwed into the internal thread of the sealing plate; the high-temperature screw passes through the through hole, the nut is in the stepped hole, and the external thread on the top is screwed on the insulation brick In the internal thread.
When in use, sillimanite bricks for rotary kiln are laid in the rotary kiln.
The inner wall of the kiln is firmly bonded, and at the same time it can play a role in heat preservation. The sillimanite brick is fixed on the fixed insulation brick by high temperature resistant screws. The groove of the fixed insulation brick is engaged with the flange of the sillimanite brick, which strengthens the connection between the fixed insulation brick and the sillimanite brick and reduces the high temperature resistance. The tangential force of the screw prevents the high temperature resistant screw from being broken under stress, and improves the service life of the sillimanite brick used in the rotary kiln. The cylindrical sealing plate is screwed in the stepped hole to protect the high-temperature-resistant screws and prevent cement from being left in the stepped hole. When a certain sillimanite brick is damaged or cracked, you can open the cylindrical sealing plate to unscrew the high-temperature-resistant screw, and replace it with a new sillimanite brick. The maintenance is convenient, the maintenance time is short, and the service life is prolonged.
